Persons who wish to report a violation of the law, an act harmful to the company, a violation of human rights or an environmental violation can submit this / these to the lawyers of the OSR law firm via this whistleblower portal. They can submit their information to OSR by name, under a pseudonym or anonymously.

Neither the use of this whistleblower portal nor the contact with the attorneys of OSR will incur any costs. The information you provide will be treated with strict confidentiality. The attorneys of the OSR Law Office are not subject to any instructions from the company/organization commissioning them.

Your tip will be received by an OSR attorney and transmitted to the company or organization you designate. An OSR attorney will ensure that your tip will not contain any clues to your identity.

I release the lawyers working for OSR from their duty of confidentiality. This is what makes it possible for the OSR lawyers to assess the facts I have communicated to them in the first place. In addition, I authorise the OSR lawyers to forward the facts I have declared to the responsible department at SOS Kinderdorf to which my declaration relates. Information about my identity will NOT be transmitted to SOS Kinderdorf. Information about my person (e.g. contact details) will only be used by the OSR lawyers to be able to give me feedback on my declaration or to be able to ask me any necessary questions.
